PassFrame prepares your photograph against requirements published by the selected issuing authority at the time of processing. Requirements can change without notice. Final acceptance of any photograph is at the sole discretion of the relevant issuing authority.

If a photograph prepared by PassFrame is rejected by the authority for compliance reasons that were part of our published checks, we will re-process the photo or refund the fee. See our refund policy for details.
