This page is maintained by PassFrame to explain the terms that govern your use of our service. PassFrame is an independent photo-preparation service and is not affiliated with any government or issuing authority. By using PassFrame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use PassFrame. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. You grant PassFrame a limited license to process, crop, frame, and store your photos solely to provide the service you requested. We do not claim ownership of your images.

You may only upload photos of people who have consented to being photographed and processed. You may not use PassFrame to create false, misleading, or fraudulent documents.

PassFrame helps you prepare photos that match published document requirements. While we aim for accuracy, final acceptance of any photo is at the sole discretion of the relevant government office, embassy, or issuing authority. PassFrame cannot guarantee acceptance by any third party.

Payment is required before high-resolution downloads are unlocked. Prices are shown at checkout and may be localized based on your region. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. If you are unhappy with a result, contact us through the Help centre and we will work to make it right.

You may not use PassFrame to create or attempt to create counterfeit documents, deceive officials, or violate any law. You may not upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

PassFrame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, PassFrame is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from rejected photos, service outages, or data loss.

We may update these terms as our service changes. The latest version will always be posted here with the last-updated date shown at the top. Continued use of PassFrame after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PassFrame operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
