Refund policy

If a photograph prepared by PassFrame is rejected by the issuing authority for a compliance reason that was part of our published checks at the time of processing, we will re-process the photo at no cost or refund the order.

Requests must include the authority's stated rejection reason and be made within 30 days of the order.
